1788:
Edmund Reynolds born at Great Sampford, Essex and baptised in St Michael's church on 1st June. He was the son of Thomas and Susannah Reynolds née Crackwell, who had been married in the same church the previous year.


1809:
Edmund married Elizabeth Richard on the 31st January at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex. Edmund was 21 years old. ten weeks later, Edmund and Elizabeth's son James was born, and baptised on 16th April at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.


1811: Edmund and Elizabeth's son John was born, and baptised on 24th November at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.


1814: Edmund and Elizabeth's son Thomas Robert was born, and baptised on 16th January at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.


1818: Edmund and Elizabeth's daughter Sarah was born, and baptised on 1st November at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.


1820: Edmund and Elizabeth's son Thomas was born, and baptised on 22nd May at St Michael's church, Great Sampford, Essex.


 
1841 census:

Edmund was fifty-five years old at the time of the 1841 census. He was working as a tailor. The census gives the address as Cottage, Great Sampford, Essex. The next household on the schedule was White House Farm.

His wife Elizabeth was 55 years old.

Edmund had one child at home at the time of the 1841 census. Susan was 20.

1851 census:

Edmund was sixty-four years old at the time of the 1851 census. He was working as a tailor. The census gives the address as Great Sampford, Essex.

His wife Elizabeth was 71 years old.

Edmund had one child at home at the time of the 1851 census. Robert was 35 years old, unmarried and recorded as a tailor.

Edmund was born at Great Sampford in Essex, as was his son Robert. Elizabeth was born at Saffron Walden, Essex. Their entry is here.
