All Saints, Doddinghurst

Not a terribly glamorous little church, but its black weatherboarded belfry and twisted spire are rather pleasing. I had been told that it was open, but I wondered if it was kept locked during school holidays - it was that kind of area. And then on to somewhere really remote, down a long lane to Navestock.
