An ugly, monolithic catholic church in the neo-Norman style set right on the High Street. It is the 'Clacton church' that people will remember. However, it wasn't open, and it wasn't taking part in the Essex Ride and Stride event. It seemed absurd that it wasn't open, let alone that it is liturgically imperative for a Catholic church to be accessible to the faithful. The Parish Priest should be ashamed of himself.
